Banana Oat Muffins

This recipe will only make 18 muffins.  Double if you desire more.

1 1/4 c flour
1 c oats
2/3 c sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 egg
1 3/4 c mashed bananas (5-6 ripe bananas)
1/3 c melted margarine
1 c cranberries

Combine first 6 ingredients in a mixing bowl, set aside.  Beat egg, banana, melted margarine until smooth. Mix the dry with the wet. Stir in cranberries until combined.

Fill muffin liners nearly full.

Bake at 375* for 20-25 minutes.
